Complete Automotive Solutions offers a full range of automotive electrical diagnostic, repair and upgrade services. Our service centre, conveniently located in Burwood, works with all makes and models, from vintage classics through to modern European vehicles.
We specialise in servicing and replacing alternators, starter motors, batteries and wiring, using quality OEM or after market parts where appropriate.
In addition, we offer installation of dual battery systems, parking and reverse sensors and cameras, dashcams, brake controllers and trailer re-wiring.
Auto Air Conditioning
If your car air conditioner is blowing hot air, or nor performing as well as it should be, especially on hot days, Complete Automotive Services is fully licensed by the Australian Refrigeration Council to provide diagnosis and repair of air conditioning systems.
Our fully equipped service centre practices environmentally friendly refrigerant recovery, to ensure pontentially harmful gasses as contained and recycled.

I took my mazda here recently.Steve was nice enough to fit my car in for work fitting a bcm ,unplanned. I was there earlier than opening time, and Steve was already there and happy to help me out off the cuff.He could have easily said he was too busy,It was a quick turnaround and was fair in pricing.Recommended.

Highly recomended.You need to experience it yourself.So clean it’s a surgery, tools organised on walls floors immaculately clean.Welcomed with smile , I needed an auto electrician and he’s also a mechanic of all brands new to vintage .Prices are competitive, I had a rear vision camera and parking sensors installed in an old car, after few months one of the components was faulty, they replaced the entire system.When I asked how much , with a smile, they said “”it’s under warranty””.All my cars , children’s cars are going there.Drive by ,just look at the floors, you have never seen a garage/ mechanic workshop so clean yet so busy.

Steve was great! Called two days prior, he managed to fit me in right as they opened - diagnosed the problem asap and quoted me a very fair price to fix it. Highly communicative, very professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more 🙂

Staff here are super friendly understanding and clearly very knowledgeable. I was quoted thousands of dollars by a factory owned dealership when the computer in my Audi stopped working. :-(CAS offered me a range of solutions to try at home first. In the end the issue required technical diagnostics which were carried out quickly and efficiently and at a fraction of the cost!I cannot recommend Steve and the team highly enough. It's definitely 5 stars from me 🙂

I dropped in to see if they could help with a leaking ac gas problem. Steve diagnosed it on the spot and fixed it straight away! Amazing service, clean workshop, nice guy. I'll be using them again and recommending.

I’m a Tassie girl currently in Melbourne during my difficult time and I recently encountered a problem for my Toyota RAV4 after the installation of a new battery for it which could not be identified or fixed by either RACV or Melbourne City Toyota. However, I have been so fortunate to have received such great service and very kind help at Complete Automotive Solutions.It was certainly very challenging to find out where the existing short circuit was on my RAV4. Stephen spent hours to work overtime for diagnosing on my RAV4 and this fault was finally identified and resolved. So that I would not need to worry about the safety when I’m going to drive my RAV4 for a long distance in a few days. Stephen is such a nice and professional person to understand my difficult situation and his auto electrical technical level should be the best in Melbourne.I cannot praise Stephen highly enough; he has done a great job to have fixed such a challenging problem for my RAV4. It is with confidence that I would recommend Complete Automotive Solutions to anyone that loves their cars.

Had the air conditioner compressor in my VW Golf replaced this week by Stephen at Complete Auto Solutions. Service was top notch and worked out to be much cheaper than getting it done at VW. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto electrical work.

I came across Stephen when I had an urgent brake issue in the middle of Stage 4 lockdown. I was grateful as I am an essential worker he picked up the phone straight away and was able to meet me same day. He was very upfront and honest in what was wrong. I ended up needing new brakes amongst other things and he fixed my car so quickly so I could be back on the road the next day. Excellent service and very well priced. I would highly recommend Stephen it’s hard to find a good mechanic.

Really good service. Steve (I think it was) helped fixed our boot which wasn’t closing pro bono when we bought the car in for a service. Just a really good friendly attitude with excellent service.
